The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of his property situate in S.No.75B/3B, Kulamangalam Village, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District, by considering his application, dated 29.04.2025.

2.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, the subject property is the ancestral property and the patta stands in his name in patta No.786. He submitted online application in Application No.2025/0123/21/008543 seeking survey of the property, but the same has not been considered. Hence he has come before this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with the law. 2/4

5.In the view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 29.04.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighboring land owners and other interested parties.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
