ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry and consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is having three previous cases one under Section 25(1A) of Arms Act, that the petitioner's father was murdered and the murder case is pending in S.C.No.496 of 2023, that the petitioner has circulated a video in the social media stating jukhd rk;gtq;fs; muq;NfWk; and that after coming to know about the same, the petitioner was directed to appear and was enquired and subsequently, the same was closed.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
