Mr.D.Ghandiraj, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

2.The petitioner had purchased the lands in S.No.54/8, for which patta had been granted in Patta No.551. The land measures 5.32 cents and is a house site at Sankaraperi Village, Thoothukudi Taluk, Thoothukudi District. He had given a representation on 17.09.2021 and had also paid necessary charges. The petitioner claims title owing to a sale deed in his favour, dated 12.02.2021, registered as Document No.507 of 2021 in the office of the Joint Registrar No.I, Thoothukudi.

3.A direction is issued to the respondents 1 and 2 to examine the representation of the petitioner, issue notice to the petitioner, examine the records of the petitioner and thereafter, proceed further to survey the land if the documents are otherwise in order.
