ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to provide adequate protection to the petitioner's life and limb based on his complaint dated 27.04.2024, 11.06.2024 and 12.06.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR No.534 of 2024 came to be registered and is pending for enquiry.

3. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner as well as to the private respondent and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
