PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to allow this Criminal Original Petition in Crl.M.P.No.14 of 2018 on the file of the learned Additional District Sessions Judge, Tenkasi dated 18.01.2019 confirming the order passed in M.C.No.43 of 2012 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sengottai, dated 19.03.2018.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned Additional District Sessions Judge, Tenkasi, dated 18.01.2019, confirming the order passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi dated 19.03.2018 in M.C.No.43 of 2012 fixing the maintenance payable by the petitioner to the respondent at Rs.6,000/- per month.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the Courts below have merely fixed a meagre maintenance amount at Rs.3,000/- payable by the petitioner to the respondent, this Court does not find any illegality in the order passed by both the Courts below. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
