Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to expedite the revsiion pending on his file in Na.Ka.Pi2/30908/2022 and to conclude the same within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

COMMON ORDER The Petitioners have prayed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to expedite the revision pending on his file in Na.Ka.Pi2/30908/2022 and to conclude the same within the time frame stipulated by this Court.
2.Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Speical Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The case of the Petitioners is that the Petitioners were assinged with lands in their favour in HSDA/48/07, dated 26.12.2007 measuring an extent of 00027 sq mts and in HSDA/A2/33/2019-1429, dated 23.11.2019 measuring an extent of 00015 sq mts, in Natham Survey No. 412/27 at Vilankulathur Village, Muthukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.The fourth respondent is the adjacent land owner preferred an appeal against the Petitioners stating that the pathway existed to access his land has now been assigned to the Petitioners and finally the appeal filed by the fourth respondent was allowed cancelling the assignment made in favour of the Petitioners. Against the same the Petitioners preferred a revisions before the first respondent as stated above and the
same is pending till date without any progress Hence the Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the revision filed by the Petitioners will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within the time frame fixed by this Court.
5.In view of the same, the first respondent is directed to expedite the revision pending on his file in Na.Ka.Pi2/30908/2022 in respect of cancellation of the Petitioners' assigned lands and conclude the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the writ Petitions stand disposed of.
