ORDER

The petitioner was running a stone works in a residential area. Hence, the respondent Corporation issued the impugned notice directing the petitioner to produce a licence from the Pollution Control Board. Challenging the said notice, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner had vacated the unit in the year 2020 itself.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 18.09.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes skn 2/4
