ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner/Management made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the issues between the Management of the workman were settled and the payments made by the Management was also accepted by the workman. The Management also agreed that they will withdraw the cases filed against the workman. The present writ petition is filed by the Management as per the order of the Labour Court, Tirunelveli, dated 21.09.2017, the Management has agreed to withdraw the cases filed against the workman. In view of the submission made in this regard, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
