ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reports no instructions.

3. I went through the averments set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. The petitioner's prayer is for surveying the petition mentioned land.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would point out that the petition mentioned land is located in Corporation limits and that therefore, the revenue authorities may not have much of the role. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner was called upon to file a petition for impleading the Corporation. He could not get instructions in this regard from the petitioner. If the petitioner is having any subsisting grievance, he is permitted to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.

5. With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
