ORDER

The writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was served only with the relieving order and the primary order of transfer passed by the Commissioner was not served on him. Now, a photocopy of the order has been served on the petitioner.

2.The writ petitioner shall serve the papers in advance on the learned Additional Government Pleader, so that when the new writ petition is taken up for admission, the same can be disposed of on the same date. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
