O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner wants to conduct the petition mentioned sports event. He has also given a representation in this regard.

3. It is seen that there is no communal angle. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to hold the petition mentioned event. The second respondent can incorporate appropriate conditions so as to ensure the smooth conduct the petition mentioned event. The petitioner through his counsel gives an undertaking that the organisers of the tournament will adhere to the police directives.

4. Recording the said undertaking, this writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
