... Respondent PRAYER :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.6464 / 2025 in Crl.A.(MD) 572 / 2025 dated 24.06.2025 from appearing before the Salem Town Police Station, Salem to Trial Court, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 6464 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.572 of 2025 on 17.03.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was directed to stay at Salem and report before the Salem Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioner has been complying the condition regularly. As his avocation is affected, he prays to relax the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6464 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.572 of 2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of appeal.
