ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to continue the further proceedings as per the order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.58/2025/S dated 03.07.2025 by considering the representation dated 21.07.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. A perusal of the proceedings of the second respondent dated 03.07.2025 indicates that he had decided to survey the properties situated in S.No.17/3B1 in order to comply with the directions issued by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.24910 of 2024. In the said writ petition, this Court had directed the second respondent to comply with the order of the first respondent by cancelling Sub-Division Nos.17/3B1 and 17/15 and issuing patta in the name of the petitioner and his siblings. Since there was no progress pursuant to the proceedings of the second respondent, the petitioner filed the instant writ petition. Simultaneously, he also filed a contempt petition in Cont.P.(MD)No.1808 of 2025, which was disposed of on 11.08.2025 by recording the submission of the learned counsel for the 2/5

respondents that a separate patta had been issued in the name of the petitioner in respect of 0.11.20 ares of land in S.No.17/3B1AA. As the direction issued by this Court in the earlier writ petition had been complied with, the contempt petition was closed.

4. The proceedings dated 03.07.2025, referred to in this writ petition, was initiated by the second respondent only to implement the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.24910 of 2024. The said direction has already been complied with by issuance of a separate patta in the name of the petitioner. Therefore, no further orders are required in this writ petition. If the petitioner is in any manner aggrieved by the order passed by the second respondent issuing the separate patta, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. This writ petition is, accordingly, closed. No costs.
