ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner for surrender / appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivaikundam, to execute the anticipatory bail bonds pursuant to the order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.10691 of 2025 dated 26.06.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time for the petitioner for surrender / appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivaikundam, to execute the anticipatory bail bonds is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
