ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No. 255 of 2018 pending on the file of the third respondent to the fourth and fifth respondents.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation and filed final
report in PRC No.15 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam for the offence under Section 302 of IPC.
3. Under such circumstances, change of investigation cannot be ordered. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned court for appropriate relief.
