Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impunged order No.C.No.A1/14338/2014-4 dated 02.12.2014 passed by the 3rd respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to allow the petitioner's claim to promote him as Grade I constable from 18.11.1987, as Head Constable from 18.11.1992 and Special Sub Inspector of Police from 18.11.2002 with all monetary, seniority and pension benefits etc., according to law.
