O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the first respondent to conduct Population Cencus in the petitioner's Village namely Rayapuram Village, Rishapam Panchayat, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District.

2.The petitioner had made a representation in the year 2014 making request to the first respondent to carry out Cencus in Rayapuram Village.

3. Considering the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition and that the representation has been made as early as, in the year

2014, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the first respondent herein, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the first respondent shall dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

4.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
