The petitioner with the grievance that he was not paid with subsistence allowance has approached this Court.

2. When this writ petition came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the resopndents, based on the written instructions provided by the Child Development Officer, dated 28.01.2025, submitted that the subsistence allowance due to the petitioner was already paid. In the event, if there is any arrears of amount, the same shall also be paid.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction that if there is any arrears of amount, the same shall also be paid within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 17.12.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index :Yes/No Rmk
