ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No. 137 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate

(Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has already obtained anticipatory bail from the learned Principal District Judge, Theni in Cr.M.P.No.2564 of 2023, on 26.07.2023.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the above said order could not be complied by the petitioner.

4.When anticipatory bail has been granted by the Principal District Judge, second anticipatory bail application before this Court will not lie.
