Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the second respondent from restoring to appoint / engage NMRS on daily wages afresh through Employment Exchange without absorbing the petitioner in the regular sanctioned post on unskilled and semiskilled cadre and consequently, direct the second respondent to consider the members of petitioner Sangam working as NMRS for regular appointment in the existing vacancies to the post of Unskilled or semiskilled cadre within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
