ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the respondents to look into the materials furnished by the petitioner herein.

2. The specific case of the petitioner herein is that the materials furnished by him along with his representation dated 13.11.2021 would go to establish his innocence.

3. I consciously refrain from entering into the factual aspects of the matter. Suffice it to say, the petitioner is also entitled to fair investigation. Therefore, the respondents are called upon to take note of the materials enclosed by the petitioner along with the petition mentioned representation before filing the final report in the matter.
