ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders to direct the respondents herein to grant permission and police protection to the petitioner's village people to attend the Annual Guru Pooja to Immanuel Sekaran to be held on 11.09.2024 at Paramakudi through Government Bus on contract basis from Solandi Villae to Paramakudi via., K.Vagaikulam, Kallakarai, Keelakudi and Thimmanathapuram Vilakku.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the representation given by the petitioner is pending before the third respondent.

3. Mr.C.Susikumar, learned counsel would submit that they want to implead one Kalimuthu from K.Vagaikulam village as respondent for raising objections with the prayer.

Considering the submissions made on either side, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, hear the objections raised by the other parties including the said Kalimuthu and take a decision today (i.e., 10.09.2024) itself. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
