Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent the Tahsildar, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District to implement the order of the 3rd respondent, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Musiri, Trichy District in O.Mu.A6/2663/2022, dated 19.05.2022 by issuing a patta to petitioner for the landed property situated in Natham Survey No. 286/1 to an extent of 98 sq.ft situated in Natham Revenue Village, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 16.05.2022.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the the 4th respondent to implement the order of the 3rd respondent, dated 19.05.2022 by issuing a patta to petitioner for the landed property situated in Natham Survey No. 286/1 measuring an extent of 98 sq.ft situated in Natham Revenue Village, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 16.05.2022.

2. It is informed by the learned Additional Government Pleader that on the basis of the petitioner's representation, enquiry is scheduled to be held on 25.09.2024.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear for the enquiry on 25.09.2024 and within a period of four (4) weeks therefrom, the orders shall be passed by the respondents considering the petitioner's representation, dated 16.05.2022.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
