2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of allegations against the petitioner and that he prepared and supplied bogus stickers to be pasted on the liquor bottles and the investigation being in a early stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
