ORDER
The Writ Petition is directed against the order dated 31.08.2024 issued by the third respondent and for direction to the respondents to grant appropriate permission and adequate police protection to conduct Vinayagar Idol Procession on 07.09.2024 and 09.09.2024 in pursuant to the Vinayagar Chaturthi Festival from 07.09.2024 to 09.09.2024 at Aadhi Mariyamman kovil, Sellur, Madurai District and for immersing the Lord Vinayagar Idol within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. It is not in dispute that the writ petitioner's representation has been rejected vide order dated 31.08.2024.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that they have not sought any permission for procession and they have also decided not to put any pandhal, since the road itself is 20 feet road.
5. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the writ petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the third respondent today itself and on receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation and pass orders on or before 06.09.2024.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
