This petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.273 of 2021 pending on the file of the first respondent police and to quash the same as against this petitioner concerned. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that during the course of investigation, it was found that the petitioner has not committed any offence and as such, the petitioner's name has been deleted from the First Information Report, while filing the final report.
