ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) This petition has been filed to seek interim suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed by the Second Additional District & Sessions Court, Tiruchirappalli District in S.C.No.329 of 2018 by the judgment dated 10.04.2023 and enlarge the petitioner/appellant on bail for an interim period of one month for taking better treatment, pending disposal of the above said criminal appeal. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner had earlier filed a petition in Crl.M.P (MD) No.926 of 2024 seeking suspension of sentence, which was dismissed holding that the main appeal itself was proposed to be taken up for final disposal.
