ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action upon the CSR registered on the file of second respondent Police within a stipulated time based on the representation of the writ petitioner to the first respondent dated 21.08.2024 without any further delay.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that there existed money dispute between the writ petitioner and the private respondents and that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, CSR No.681 of 2024 came to be 2/4

registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed on 19.07.2024.

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
