This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.57 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel.

2. The de-facto complainant Manikandan is present in person before this Court. He has been duly identified by Mr.S.Rajan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Mandaikadu Police Station. The parties have filed a joint memo of compromise. The de-facto https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19091 of 2021 complainant does not wish to proceed the matter. In view of the same, the impugned proceedings are quashed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
