Mr.D.Ghandiraj, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of both the respondents.

2.The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, seeking a direction against the second respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner with respect to the land in S.No.141/77A1, measuring 1 acres and 28 cents. The petitioner has benefit of the land being released in his favour by a relinquishment deed registered as Document No.2130/2012, dated 19.03.2012. The copy of the said document had been filed along with the writ petition. The petitioner filed W.P.(MD)No.18973 of 2019 seeking for survey of the lands and direction in that regard was granted on 03.09.2019. The survey was also conducted. Now the petitioner seeks grant of patta.

3.The petitioner has given a representation on 16.09.2019. There is an obligation on the petitioner herein to file necessary application through online procedure and also make necessary payment for grant of patta. On receipt of the same, the second respondent may examine the said application and examine the petitioner, examine the documents and thereafter, proceed further in manner known to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.21301 of 2021 law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of such application. 4.With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
