ORDER

This criminal revision petition has been filed against the order passed in Crl M.P (MD) No. 3222/2022, dated 04.08.2022, on the file of the 1/4

learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Trichy. 2.Even though the order that has been passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Trichy, is in favour of this petitioner, by directing the return of vehicle, by producing the original R.C. Book before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, the grievance of the petitioner now is that since the lorry is having the National permit, the original R.C. Book is required for showing the same to the Inspecting Officers during the transport out of the State. If it is his grievance, he can approach the concerned Principal District Judge, for appropriate orders.

3.With the above liberty, this Criminal Revision Case stands disposed of.
