ORDER

None appears for the writ petitioner.

2. The third respondent herein is the petitioner's maternal aunt. She is said to have filed revision before the second respondent. In the typed set of papers, a copy of the enquiry notice dated 16.02.2015 is enclosed.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents clarifies that till date the proceedings are still pending. That is probably because of the pendency of this writ petition.

4. The petitioner's request is that the Revenue Divisional Officer must reject the third respondent's request and relegate her to move jurisdictional civil Court. This call has to be taken by the second respondent. At this stage, the writ Court will not be justified in suggesting to the second respondent as to the nature of the order she/he must pass.

5. I direct the second respondent to conclude the petition mentioned enquiry proceedings and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law after notice to all the concerned parties. This shall be done within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
