[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] The father of the boy, who eloped with the minor girl has come before this Court by way of Habeas Corpus Petition as if his son is missing since 26.09.2021.

H.C.P(MD)No.1846 of 2021 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the boy, who eloped with the minor girl was secured on 08.01.2022 and been remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offence punishable under Section 366-A of IPC and Section 5(l) r/w 6 of the POCSO Act and Section 9 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act. He was produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kulithalai on 08.01.2022.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
