Challenging the order of the learned Single Judge directing the respondents viz., The State as well as the Chief Nodal Officer, National Health Insurance Scheme, to quantify the amount of reimbursement to the petitioner, who took treatment in a non-network hospital. The appeal is filed by the Insurance Company represented by his Nodel Officer.

2.The beneficiary of the order, who is the writ petitioner by name Sundar died pending the appeal. The appellant has not taken steps to bring the LRs of the deceased, first respondent, inspite of granting sufficient time. 3.In view of the above, the Writ Appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
