O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give suitable direction to the third respondent to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, against the accused 3 and 4 in C.C.No.392 of 2018 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.09.2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents Police submits that during the pendency of this petition, Non-bailable warrant was executed against the accused persons and after trial, the case in C.C.No.392 of 2018 was ended in acquittal.
