This petition has been filed to quash the summons dated 13.05.15 vide C.No.43/SP/Champer/Ptn/SP/KK1/15 on the file of the 2nd respondent and further directing the respondents 2 and 3 not to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.8913 of 2015 conduct any Kattapanchayat by interfering in the civil dispute with regard to the property of the petitioner situated in Poonamalli, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
