Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records connected with the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in O.Mu.No. 3269/A5/2021 dated 15.11.2021 and consequent impugned order passed by the 3rd Respondent in O.Mu.No.724/A4/2021 dated 16.11.2021 and consequent impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.1153/A3/2021 dated 19.11.2021 and quash the same and directing the respondents No.2 to 4 to regularize the service of the Petitioner from the period of 17.11.2011 to 26.01.2016 with all consequent monetary benefits in the light of the observation made in W.P.(MD)No.13830 of 2011 dated 02.08.2012 and W.P.(MD)No.7814 of 2021 dated 15.04.2021.

ORDER

1.

This Writ Petition has been filed under the Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 15.11.2021 and consequent order passed by the 3rd Respondent dated 16.11.2021 and consequent order passed by the 4th respondent dated 19.11.2021 and directing the respondents No.2 to 4 to regularize the service of the Petitioner from the period of 17.11.2011 to 26.01.2016 with all consequent monetary benefits in the light of the observation made in W.P.(MD)No.13830 of 2011 dated 02.08.2012 and W.P.(MD)No.7814 of 2021 dated 15.04.2021. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.K.Kannan, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submitted that the Petitioner does not wish to press the Writ Petition and has circulated a letter in this connection. He had also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition.

Mr.F.Deepak learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondents stated that he had no objection.

In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage. Interim Order if any stands vacated and the file is consigned to record. There shall be no order as to costs.
