24.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341 and 302 IPC in Crime No.65 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the fact that the Sessions case is pending from the year 2022 if one after the other accused remains absent for hearings and the case is protracted, this is not a fit case where bail can be granted.

4. It is stated that the case is now posted for framing of charges on 11/9/2024. Let the charges be framed and there are seems to be two eye witnesses viz., PW.1 and PW.2 have to be examined and considering the fact that the petitioner has got 18 previous cases, for the present I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
