ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1), 4(2)(c) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) 1/3
Act, 1956 and Section 143 of BNS, in Crime No.1427 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused were doing brothel business. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.
