[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.13474 of 2018, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with. Since there is an EB Pole supplying electricity, they are unable to remove the EB Pole, however, other encroachments are removed. She also filed a report to that effect.

3.The report is taken on file.

4.Recording the said submission, the contempt petition stands closed.
