When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 3 and 4 made a submission that the Principal Accountant General of Tamil Nadu / second respondent has sanctioned the revised pension proposal submitted by the Department and therefore, the grievance of the writ petitioner has been redressed.

adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
