ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 386 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2. Mr.T.Aswin Rajasimman, learned Counsel, accepts notice 2/5

for the first respondent and has no serious objection to the petition being allowed.

3. Though notice has been sent to the respondents 2 and 3, none has entered appearance.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the application and considering the nature of issue involved in this case and also considering the fact that the first respondent has not raised serious objection, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Hence, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the appeal for admission along with W.A. (MD) No.816 of 2023 and batch on 27.03.2026.
