ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her daughter for their life and limb, on the basis of the representation, dated 14.09.2022. 2.The issue is between the father, daughter and sons. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner/daughter is living in the petition mentioned property, which was given by her mother through settlement deed. Now the brothers and father are threatening her to vacate the house. On that basis, seeking police protection, this petition has been filed. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 4 submitted that the petitioner's father name is Subburajulu.

He gave a complaint against this petitioner and during the course of enquiry, the Revenue Divisional Officer, while refusing to cancel the settlement deed, permitted the father and mother of the petitioner to live in the above said property till their lifetime. The above said order was passed on 21.12.2021. It was challenged by the petitioner by way of appeal before the District Collector. The above said order was confirmed.

4.In view of the above, the petition filed by the petitioner seeking police protection does not find any basic true facts and does not reserve for any consideration. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
