There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to conduct Santhanakoodu festival for the year 2015 in the light of the representation, dated 02.05.2015, of the petitioner.

3.The learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second submit that the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous even on the date where it was filed.
