ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the first respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute in O.S.No.636 of 2024 pending on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Madurai District under the guise of enquiry conducted by the third respondent based on the complaint of the respondents 4 to 6 and consider the petitioner's representation, dated 28.08.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that there existed civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents; that earlier the respondents 4 to 6 have lodged the complaint and on that basis, CSR.No.229 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed on 16.08.2024 and 2/4

that thereafter, the private respondents have again lodged the complaint, CSR.No.250 of 2024 came to be registered and that they have decided to close the complaint.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
