This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondent to take effective steps based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2024 within a time frame.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that FIR in Cr.No.2 of 2022 came to be registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 120B IPC and after completion of investigation, charge sheet was made ready on 03.05.2023 and the same came to be filed through E.Filing on 28.02.2024, which is yet to be taken on file. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law.
