PRAYER :-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to mutate the patta in respect of Old Survey No. 81/62 and present Survey Number SF No. 81/3/8 to an extent of 5000 Sq.ft situated at Kattupudur South, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District in favour of the petitioner and by considering the petitioners representations dt. 17.06.2025, 18.06.2025 and 19.06.2025 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to mutate the patta in respect of Old Survey No. 81/62 and present Survey Number SF No. 81/3/8 to an extent of 5000 sq.ft situated at Kattupudur South, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District in favour of the petitioner and by considering the petitioner's representations dated 17.06.2025, 18.06.2025 and 19.06.2025 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the official respondents and the learned 2/4
counsel appearing for the private respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate submits that patta has already been issued and the cause does not survive any more. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
