For Respondent : Mr.M.Veeranthiran, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Cr No.124/2022 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 342, 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.124 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to the land dispute, the petitioners have attacked the defacto complainant with hands and also abused him in filthy language. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that due to previous motive the petitioners have given a false complaint and seek anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that A1 and A2 are having 10 previous cases and A3 is having 6 previous cases and the investigation of the case is pending and strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the previous bad antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
