The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to survey the property situate in S.No.718/19 in Vedasandur Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District by considering his representation dated 27.06.2025.
2.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, the subject property was gifted to him by his father under registered gift deed dated 26.03.2014 and the patta for the subject property stands in the name of the petitioner in patta No.6314. He submitted the application on 04.02.2024 in application No. 2024/0123/13/000854 seeking survey of the property, but the same has not been considered. Hence, he has come before this Court. 2/5
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents would submit that application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with the law. 5.In the view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 27.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighboring land owners and other interested parties.
6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
