Respondents Prayer :- This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pursuant to the Impugned order passed by the 4th Respondent in his proceedings in Rc.No.58381/2013 A4 dated 06.12.2013 and quash the same consequently direct the 4th Respondent to reinstate the petitioner along with back wages ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 17/12/2021 and requisition letter submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur at Kumbakonam vide letter in D.NO.1388/2022/MC Dated 28/06/2022, this Court made the following order:

WP(MD). No.14805 of 2018 By letter, dated 28.06.2022, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur at Kumbakonam has requested further time of three months to dispose of the case in S.C.No.2 of 2014.

2. Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 17.12.2021.
